Apartment and Condo Coffee Amenity FAQ

  • The cart needs a 6x6 ft footprint and one standard 15-amp outlet. Most apartment and condo lobbies, clubhouses, and common rooms work. We can also set up outdoors on a patio or courtyard.

  • The property books and pays for the service. Drinks are unlimited and free for residents during the event window. This is the standard model for every residential booking.

  • Contact us with your preferred frequency (monthly, quarterly, or seasonal) and we will put together pricing for the full schedule. Recurring events are priced per service day.

  • Oat milk is included standard. Almond milk is available with advance notice. We also offer matcha and chai as add-ons for non-coffee drinkers.

  • Two to three weeks for a standard booking. Recurring service schedules can be planned further in advance.

  • Ben and Halle, every time. Your residents see the same familiar faces at each visit. They’ll feel like regulars at their own building’s personal pop-up cafe.
