Step 2: We'll Walk Through It Together If you have questions about what's included, how much space we need, or what drinks we can make, this is when we answer all of that. There's no pressure. We want you to feel completely clear on what to expect before you commit to anything.
Step 3: Reserve Your Spot A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. That's it. Once that's in, you don't need to do much else on your end.
Step 4: We Handle Everything From There We arrive before your event starts, set up our equipment, serve your guests with real care and skill, and clean up completely when we're done. You don't manage us on the day. You just enjoy your event while your guests enjoy genuinely great coffee.

The cart fits in a 6x6 ft footprint, so it works in hotel ballrooms, office lobbies, and outdoor patios alike. We bring a 25 ft extension cord and need access to a standard 15-amp electrical outlet. If you're hosting at a venue like the Broadmoor Ballroom or the VERVE Hotel, we've worked in similar spaces across MetroWest and can adapt to the layout.

Both. We set up inside office buildings, hotel conference rooms, and private homes, and we set up outside at patios, courtyards, and lawn events. For outdoor events in Natick, we just need a level surface and a power source within reach of our extension cord.

We carry oat milk as our default non-dairy option and can accommodate most common dietary preferences. Our house-made syrups are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so if a guest has a severe allergy, let us know when you book and we will walk through the specifics with you.

Booking & Payment

Two to four weeks is a comfortable window for most events. For peak season dates (May through October) or large corporate bookings at venues like the Courtyard by Marriott or MathWorks campus, we recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks ahead. We book on a first-come, first-served basis and weekends fill quickly.

Standard bookings start at $599, which includes the cart, a barista (Ben or Halle), the full drink menu, and all supplies. There is no travel fee for events in Natick or anywhere in MetroWest and most of Greater Boston. Your quote is based on guest count, service duration, and any custom additions.

Your quote covers the espresso cart, a full drink menu, all cups and supplies, setup, breakdown, and service by Ben or Halle. There are no hidden fees for equipment or staffing.
