Barn weddings in Holliston and Medfield, all-hands meetings off Route 9 and I-495, teacher appreciation days in Sudbury and Wayland. MetroWest is home, not a stop on the route. We bring a full espresso bar to your venue, make every drink to order, and handle setup, service, and breakdown.
Solarium is owner-led. Ben and Halle plan and coordinate every event, and most of the time they are behind the bar too, alongside a team of baristas they trained themselves. We pour single estate espresso roasted in Massachusetts by George Howell Coffee Company, and we make our syrups from scratch.
MIT, Harvard, the Boston Red Sox, Levi's, Anthropologie, and FIFA have all had our cart at their events. Closer to home, you may already know us from Medway Parks and Recreation's Trunk or Treat, the Holiday Markets at Eastleigh Farm, and the Medfield farmers market.

What We Do at MetroWest Events
The four events MetroWest books us for most. See all our services → The cart needs a 6x6 ft footprint and one dedicated 15-amp outlet, and outdoors we bring our own tent and generator.
Corporate Events
Office parks along Route 9 in Framingham and Natick, the Mass Pike corridor, and the I-495 belt through Marlborough, Westborough, Southborough, and Hopkinton. Two baristas serve about 100 drinks an hour for all-hands meetings, and branded cups make a client event look the part.

Eastleigh Farm and Garden in the Woods in Framingham, plus the farms and estates of Sudbury, Dover, Sherborn, and Medfield. We bring a 12x12 ft tent and a generator, so a field with no outlet and soft ground is no problem.

PTO events, fundraisers, and teacher appreciation days across MetroWest's school districts. A real espresso bar says someone went out of their way, which a pastry box never does. Matcha, chai, and decaf mean every teacher gets something.

Town celebrations, nonprofit fundraisers, farmers markets, fitness events, and private parties. We are a small local business too, and we know how to show up well for a town crowd, from Medway to Wayland.

How Booking Works
Four steps, and only the first one takes any effort.
Tell us about your event
Date, MetroWest town or venue, rough headcount, and how long you want us pouring. The form takes about two minutes and a price comes back in minutes.
Talk it through
You speak directly with Ben or Halle. Setup, drinks, and add-ons get sorted in one short conversation, with no pressure to commit.
Lock in your date
A deposit holds your date, first come first served. Spring and fall weekends in MetroWest go early.
Enjoy your own event
We arrive early, set up on our own, serve your guests, and clean up after. You will not have to manage us.
MetroWest Questions We Get a Lot
How much space and power do you need?
A 6x6 ft footprint and one dedicated 15-amp outlet. That covers the cart, a support table, and room for the baristas to work. We carry a 25 ft extension cord, and we need ground-level entry or a freight elevator for loading. Outdoors, we bring a 12x12 ft tent and a generator so no outlet is needed.
Can you serve at a farm, an estate, or a venue with in-house catering?
Yes, and we have done plenty of both. Farm and estate venues across MetroWest are a specialty of ours, narrow access paths and soft ground included. We carry liability insurance and can send a certificate to your venue on request. If your venue has a preferred vendor list or in-house catering, tell us when you book and we will coordinate with your venue contact directly.
Is there a travel fee for MetroWest events?
No. We are based in Framingham, and every MetroWest town sits inside the travel area already covered by our package prices, so the number you see on the pricing page is the number you pay. If you are booking somewhere farther out, we quote travel up front rather than adding it later.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks of lead time is usually enough for weekday events and off-peak weekends. For spring and fall weekends, when MetroWest wedding and school calendars fill up, 4 to 8 weeks is a safer target, since we limit how many events we take. That said, reach out even if your date is close. We often make it work.
Who actually shows up on the day?
A Solarium barista team, usually with Ben or Halle behind the bar. Ben and Halle coordinate every event and work most of them in person. On larger events, or days with more than one booking, our baristas run the bar, all trained by us to the same standard. You are not hiring an agency that sends whoever is free.
Can you brand the cups or create a drink for us?
Yes, and the signature drink and custom menu are free with every booking. We build the drink around your flavor profile, occasion, or product, and design the menu with your logo, colors, or names.
