We're a husband and wife team based in Framingham. We own Solarium Coffee, we run it ourselves, and we're personally involved in every event on our calendar.

How Solarium Started
Coffee has been part of our relationship from the beginning. We met in high school in 2014, introduced by a mutual friend because we both drank our coffee black. Years later, in our first apartment in Boston, Ben made Halle an oat milk vanilla latte every morning. That daily drink eventually became Halle's Morning, our signature vanilla latte and still our most popular item.
The turning point was our honeymoon in Costa Rica in May 2024. We visited a small coffee farm called Don Emilios outside Uvita and learned, for the first time, how much the farm and the processing method shape what ends up in the cup. When we got home, we tasted that difference for himself in a properly sourced coffee, and we couldn't unlearn it.
From there, the hobby became a craft. Espresso and latte art training at Atomic Coffee Roasters, cuppings, roastery visits, and a full year of daily practice.
What Your Guests Will Experience
Every drink starts with single-estate espresso from George Howell Coffee Company, one of the most respected specialty roasters in the country, roasted here in Massachusetts. We work with them directly. We've cupped coffees at their Acton roastery and chosen exactly what we serve.
Our syrups are made from scratch. Halle's Morning, our signature vanilla made with organic ingredients. A rotating seasonal menu that changes quarterly, like Clovara in the fall and Orange Blossom in the spring. Nothing comes from a commercial bottle.
Whole milk and oat milk are standard, every drink is made to order on a high end espresso machine, and we bring all the cups and lids for hot and iced drinks. Your guests get cafe-quality coffee wherever your event happens to be.
Why "Solarium"
Ben and Halle have always loved sunlit cafes and bright spaces. Drinking a morning cup of coffee with sunlight coming through the window is, for them, one of the best experiences going. "Solarium" captured that feeling directly.

This is the part that matters most, and it's something we can promise personally.
We're involved in every event we book. There's no staffing agency, no account manager, and no handoff. The person who answers your first message is one of us, and most of the time we're the ones behind the cart at your event. When we bring additional help, it's someone we trained ourselves and trust completely.
We know that when you book a vendor, your name is attached to the result. Your guests, your colleagues, or your clients will remember how the day went. We take that responsibility seriously, and it's why we stay personally involved from your first inquiry to the last drink served.
