What Solarium Coffee Adds to Your Wedding

The espresso bar becomes a natural gathering point. Guests come back for a second latte, linger at the cart, and start conversations they would not have had otherwise. It is one of those details people remember and mention weeks later.

Our cart is compact (6x6 ft), visually clean, and designed to fit into venues ranging from historic estates to backyard receptions. Every drink is made to order: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, matcha lattes, iced drinks, and our seasonal menu with house-made syrups. Our signature Halle's Morning (an oat milk vanilla latte named for Halle, made with organic ingredients) is a guest favorite.

You can also add custom cups printed with your names, initials, or wedding date and a signature drink designed around your wedding theme or flavor preferences. These details turn the coffee bar into a personal touch, not just a service.

Cocktail hour. The most popular booking window. Guests get a handcrafted latte or cappuccino while the wedding party takes photos. The cart fills the gap between ceremony and dinner with something more memorable than a cash bar.

Custom cup branding. Your names, monogram, or wedding date printed on every cup your guests hold. Requires two weeks notice.

Custom signature drink. We develop a drink named for you or inspired by your wedding theme. Built around our house-made syrups and seasonal ingredients.

Custom cart branding. Full cart wrap in your wedding colors or coordinated signage. Requires two weeks notice.

Menu additions. Cold brew, chai lattes, decaf espresso, and specialty drip coffee are available as add-ons. Decaf is complementary for evening weddings.

40 to 50 drinks per hour from a single service point.

100 to 150 guests

2 baristas, 1 cart

70 to 90 drinks per hour. Best when guests arrive all at once.

150 to 200 guests

2 baristas, 2 carts

2 baristas, 2 carts. 80 to 100 drinks per hour, with two service points, so two shorter lines.

Over 200 guests, or a multi-hour event? We will build the setup around it.

Wedding Coffee Cart FAQ

  • Starting at $849 for one barista and $1449 for two baristas, covering the first two hours of service. Additional hours are $300 per barista-hour. Custom cups, signature drinks, and cart branding are priced separately.

  • Cocktail hour is the most popular window. Late-night dessert service and morning-after brunches are also common. We price by the hour, so you can book any block that fits your timeline.

  • A 6x6 ft area with access to one standard 15-amp outlet. We bring our own water supply. The cart works indoors and outdoors. For outdoor setups, we offer a 12x12 ft tent and generator as add-ons.

  • Absolutely. We are happy to coordinate directly with your planner on timing, layout, and venue logistics.

  • Wedding dates fill up, especially for peak season (May through October). We recommend reaching out as early as possible to hold your date. Custom branding add-ons require two weeks notice.

  • Oat milk is included as a standard option. Decaf espresso is available. For evening weddings, decaf is complimentary.

  • Solarium Coffee is owned and run by Ben and Halle, and we are personally involved in planning every event we book. Most of the time, one or both of us is the barista on site. For larger events or when our schedule requires it, we are joined by a trained team member who has been brought up directly by us. Whoever is at your event is held to the same standard of service that we are.
