What a Solarium Coffee Bar Adds to Your Wedding
The espresso bar becomes a natural gathering point. Guests come back for a second latte, linger at the cart, and start conversations they would not have had otherwise. It is one of those details people remember and mention weeks later.
Our cart is compact (6x6 ft), visually clean, and designed to fit into venues ranging from historic estates to backyard receptions. Every drink is made to order: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, iced drinks, and our seasonal menu with house-made syrups. Our signature Halle's Morning (an oat milk vanilla latte named for Halle, made with organic ingredients) is a guest favorite.
You can also add custom cups printed with your names, initials, or wedding date and a signature drink designed around your wedding theme or flavor preferences. These details turn the coffee bar into a personal touch, not just a service.

Personalize the Coffee Bar for Your Wedding
Custom cup branding ($150). Your names, monogram, or wedding date printed on every cup your guests hold. Requires two weeks notice.
Custom signature drink ($100). We develop a drink named for you or inspired by your wedding theme. Built around our house-made syrups and seasonal ingredients.
Custom cart branding ($300). Full cart wrap in your wedding colors or coordinated signage. Requires two weeks notice.
Menu additions. Cold brew, matcha lattes, chai lattes, and hot chocolate are available as add-ons. Hot chocolate is popular for fall and winter weddings.

2 Baristas · Starting at $999 Covers 1 to 2 hours of service. Estimated 100 drinks/hour. Best for larger weddings with 150+ guests.
Additional hours: $200 per barista-hour beyond the base window.

Starting at $599 for one barista and $999 for two baristas, covering the first two hours of service. Additional hours are $200 per barista-hour. Custom cups, signature drinks, and cart branding are priced separately.

Cocktail hour is the most popular window. Late-night dessert service and morning-after brunches are also common. We price by the hour, so you can book any block that fits your timeline.

A 6x6 ft area with access to one standard 15-amp outlet. We bring our own water supply. The cart works indoors and outdoors. For outdoor setups, we offer a 12x12 ft tent as an add-on.

Absolutely. We are happy to coordinate directly with your planner on timing, layout, and venue logistics.

Wedding dates fill up, especially for peak season (May through October). We recommend reaching out as early as possible to hold your date. Custom branding add-ons require two weeks notice.

Oat milk is included as a standard option. Decaf espresso is available. For evening weddings, decaf is complimentary.
