Step 2: We'll Walk Through It Together If you have questions about what's included, how much space we need, or what drinks we can make, this is when we answer all of that. There's no pressure. We want you to feel completely clear on what to expect before you commit to anything.
Step 3: Reserve Your Spot A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date. That's it. Once that's in, you don't need to do much else on your end.
Step 4: We Handle Everything From There We arrive before your event starts, set up our equipment, serve your guests with real care and skill, and clean up completely when we're done. You don't manage us on the day. You just enjoy your event while your guests enjoy genuinely great coffee.

Yes. Our cart requires a 6x6 ft area, a dedicated 15-amp circuit, and ground-level or freight elevator access for load-in. These are standard at most Worcester event venues, including hotel ballrooms at the AC Hotel and Beechwood Hotel, historic spaces like Mechanics Hall and Tuckerman Hall, and convention facilities at the DCU Center. Solarium Coffee is owned and run by Ben and Halle, and we are personally involved in planning every event we book. Most of the time, one or both of us is the barista on site. For larger events or when our schedule requires it, we are joined by a trained team member who has been brought up directly by us. Whoever is at your event is held to the same standard of service that we are.

Services start at $849 for a 2-hour event with one barista. A small travel fee applies for Worcester and is shown transparently in your quote. Most Worcester events land between $900 and $1,200 depending on duration, guest count, and add-ons. Two-barista setups for larger events start at $1449. Hourly rate beyond 2 hours is $300/barista-hour.
