Coffee can be the easiest part of your event. We bring a mobile espresso bar to your venue, make every drink to order, and handle setup, service, and breakdown.
Solarium is owner-led, and Framingham is our home base, so there is no travel fee here. Ben and Halle plan and coordinate every event and are behind the bar at most of them, alongside a team of baristas they trained themselves. We pour single estate espresso roasted in Massachusetts by George Howell Coffee Company and make our syrups from scratch.
MIT, Harvard, the Boston Red Sox, Levi's, Anthropologie, and FIFA have all had our cart at their events. Closer to home, you may have seen us at the Market at Eastleigh Farm. A 15-person office breakfast gets the same coffee and the same standard of service.

Teacher appreciation is one of our most-booked Framingham events, and honestly one of our favorites. A full espresso bar in the lobby or teachers' lounge says thank you in a way a coffee box cannot. Matcha and a tea selection are included for staff who skip espresso.

How to Book Coffee Catering in Framingham
Event planning has enough moving parts. Here is the whole process.
Tell us about your event
Date, Framingham venue, rough headcount, and how long you want us pouring. The form takes about two minutes and a price comes back in minutes.
Talk it through
You speak directly with Ben or Halle. At a venue we already know, like Eastleigh Farm or the Renaissance Framingham, logistics usually take one quick call, no site visit.
Lock in your date
A booking agreement and deposit hold your date. Spring PTO season and the fall corporate calendar are Framingham's busiest stretches, so those dates go early.
Enjoy your own event
We arrive before your first guest, run clean service throughout, and leave the space exactly as we found it. You will not have to manage us.
Framingham Questions We Get a Lot
How much space and power do you need?
A 6x6 ft footprint and one dedicated 15-amp outlet. That covers the cart, a support table, and room for the baristas to work. We carry a 25 ft extension cord if we cannot be right next to the outlet. For loading we need ground-level entry or a freight elevator. Outdoors, at Callahan State Park, Cushing Memorial Park, or your backyard, we can bring a 12x12 ft tent and a generator so no outlet is needed.
Can you serve at the Renaissance Framingham or Framingham Country Club?
Yes, we know Framingham's main event venues. We contact your venue directly to confirm setup, power, and any venue-specific rules, so just name it on the form. We carry liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance on request. A few venues have exclusive food and beverage contracts that cover coffee, so it is worth a quick check with your coordinator.
Is there a travel fee for Framingham events?
No. Framingham is our home base, so the number you see on the pricing page is the number you pay. If you are booking somewhere farther out, we quote travel up front rather than adding it later.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks of lead time is usually enough for weekday events and off-peak weekends. For spring and fall weekends, 4 to 8 weeks is a safer target, since we limit how many events we take in order to keep the quality up. That said, reach out even if your date is close. We often make it work.
Who actually shows up on the day?
A Solarium barista team, usually with Ben or Halle behind the bar. Ben and Halle coordinate every event and work most of them in person. On larger events, or days with more than one booking, our baristas run the bar, all trained by us to the same standard. You are not hiring an agency that sends whoever is free.
Can you brand the cups or create a drink for us?
Yes, and the signature drink and custom menu are free with every booking. We build the drink around your flavor profile, occasion, or product, and design the menu with your logo, colors, or names.
