We've served on set at Boston Harbor Studios in Quincy and at Red Sky Studios in Boston, pouring for full crews and for talent ranging from professional athletes to Golden Globe winners. It's the same coffee we've served for Anthropologie, Barbour, FIFA, and the Boston Red Sox.

  • Load in early and quietly, and stay out of the shot.

  • Silent service when the stage light is on.

  • Never let a line form during a ten-minute break.

  • Treat the PA carrying a C-stand exactly like the face of the campaign. What happens on your set stays on your set.

How to Plan Coffee for a Shoot Day

Whether you're a producer, a coordinator, or the PA who just got handed "figure out coffee," this is what actually matters. Use it even if you don't book us.

  • Match barista count to crunch times, not just headcount. One barista serves roughly 50 drinks per hour, two serve roughly 100. Demand spikes at crew call, after the first company move, and coming out of lunch, so plan on two baristas for crews over about 50 or any time you need everyone caffeinated inside one 30-minute window.

  • Place the cart where the downtime is. Basecamp, next to crafty, adjacent to video village, or just inside the stage door. We need 6x6 ft and a dedicated 15-amp outlet, and we carry a 25 ft extension cord. With our own tent and generator, a parking lot basecamp works as well as a soundstage.

  • Time the service window to your call sheet. Base packages cover 2 hours, and additional time is priced by hour. Send us your call time and rough schedule and we'll suggest the window that gives you the most value per hour, usually the mid-morning dip or the post-lunch slump.

  • We handle everything: espresso, matcha, iced drinks, cups, lids, milk, water, and our own waste.

When agency and client are on set, the details get noticed. We can brand the moment itself: your client's logo on every cup, a signature drink built around the campaign, or the cart wrapped in brand colors, each with 2 weeks notice. We've done exactly this for activations with Anthropologie, Barbour, and FIFA.

Wrap Parties & Crew Appreciation

An espresso bar at the wrap party, or a surprise coffee morning during the last week of a long schedule, is a thank-you the crew actually feels. It takes one email to set up.

Film & TV Basecamp

Long days, early calls, and a crew that earns every drink. We run continuous service at basecamp or holding for the window you book. We handle our own setup, breakdown, water, and trash, and leave the space exactly as we found it.

Photo Shoots, Content Days & Studio Rentals

The 6x6 ft footprint tucks into a studio corner without eating shooting space, and one barista comfortably covers crew, talent, and clients all day. Matcha, oat milk, and iced drinks come standard.
