We have served studio birthday celebrations, grand opening weekends, and recurring member appreciation events. Our setup is compact enough to fit in a lobby, entryway, or outdoor patio. The energy it creates is immediate. People gather around the cart, try a seasonal drink they have never had before, and associate that experience with your studio.

Our menu includes options beyond espresso. Matcha lattes are always included, and chai lattes, specialty drip coffee, decaf, and cold brew are available as add-ons for studios that want them. Every drink is made to order by our baristas using single estate espresso from George Howell Coffee Company and house-made syrups.

Hourly rates apply ($300/barista-hr) for events beyond 2 hours. Add-ons including custom cup branding ($150), a custom signature drink ($100), custom cart branding ($300), as well as menu additions of specialty drip coffee, decaf espresso, cold brew, and chai lattes are available by request. Platform fees included.

  • The cart needs a 6x6 ft footprint and one 15-amp outlet. It works in most studio lobbies, entryways, and outdoor patios.

  • Yes. Matcha is included with every Solarium Coffee event. Chai lattes and hot chocolate are available as add-ons.

  • One barista serves approximately 50 members per hour, so roughly 100 over two hours. For studios expecting higher traffic, two baristas double that capacity.

  • Yes. Custom cup branding is $150 with two weeks notice.
