Coffee That Matches the Attention to Detail

Cars & Coffee culture is about people who notice craft. The beans are single-origin, not commodity. The syrups are house-made, not pumped from a commercial bottle. The latte art is pulled by hand. This is not a Keurig station with a folding table. It is the same level of care your attendees put into their builds.

Our cart is self-contained and outdoor-capable. We carry a generator for lots without accessible power and a 12x12 ft tent for weather coverage. We can set up as early as your event needs, including pre-dawn for early-morning meetups.

CAPACITY AND PRICING

We scale to your guest count

Every package covers 2 hours of service, setup, breakdown, and all cups and supplies.

Up to 100 guests

1 barista, 1 cart

40 to 50 drinks per hour from a single service point.

100 to 150 guests

2 baristas, 1 cart

70 to 90 drinks per hour. Best when guests arrive all at once.

150 to 200 guests

2 baristas, 2 carts

2 baristas, 2 carts. 80 to 100 drinks per hour, with two service points, so two shorter lines.

Over 200 guests, or a multi-hour event? We will build the setup around it.

Cars & Coffee Event FAQ

  • Yes. We carry a generator for lots without accessible power and a 12x12 ft tent for sun or weather coverage.

  • As early as your event requires. For 7am Cars & Coffee events, we arrive well before the first attendees to be fully dialed in.

  • Yes. Custom cup branding is $150 with two weeks notice.

  • One barista serves approximately 50 guests per hour. For larger events, two baristas double that. Cars & Coffee events tend to have a steady flow rather than a rush, which means our per-hour capacity covers more attendees than the number suggests.

  • Solarium Coffee is owned and run by Ben and Halle, and we are personally involved in planning every event we book. Most of the time, one or both of us is the barista on site. For larger events or when our schedule requires it, we are joined by a trained team member who has been brought up directly by us. Whoever is at your event is held to the same standard of service that we are.
