What Corporate Coffee Catering Looks Like with Solarium

Most corporate coffee catering means a box of drip coffee and some creamers on a folding table. Solarium is something different.

We roll in a self-contained espresso cart stocked with everything your team needs for a full cafe experience. Every drink is made to order by Ben or Halle. Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, iced drinks, and our rotating seasonal menu are all available. We bring house-made syrups, including our signature Halle's Morning vanilla latte and rotating seasonal flavors like Clovara (maple, clove, orange) in the fall and Orange Blossom in the spring.

Your team does not wait in a long line. Our setup is built for efficiency. One barista serves approximately 50 drinks per hour. For larger events, we run two baristas simultaneously.

The cart fits in a 6x6 ft footprint, needs one standard 15-amp outlet and a 25 ft extension cord, and works indoors or outdoors. We bring our own water supply. No plumbing needed.

1 Barista · Starting at $599 Estimated 50 drinks/hour. Best for events up to 100 guests.

2 Baristas · Starting at $999 Estimated 100 drinks/hour. Best for events with 150 to 350+ guests.

Hourly rate beyond 2 hours: $200 per barista-hour.

Optional add-ons:

  • Custom cup branding with your company logo: $150 (2 weeks notice)

  • Custom cart branding in your brand colors: $300 (2 weeks notice)

  • Custom signature drink development: $100

From Quote to Event Day in Four Steps

Easy to Book, Easier to Work With

1. Tell us about your event. Date, location, estimated headcount, and how many hours of service you need. Our quote form collects everything. Ben or Halle responds the same day, usually within minutes.

2. Review your quote. We confirm barista count, service duration, any add-ons, and travel fee if applicable. You see the full number before committing to anything.

3. Confirm and prepay. We hold your date with a prepaid booking. For events with branding add-ons, we coordinate those details in the two weeks before your event.

4. We show up and handle everything. We arrive before your first employees do. We run clean, efficient service throughout, and leave your space exactly as we found it. The people you've been texting are the people behind the cart.

Frequently Asked Questions About Corporate Coffee Catering

  • Pricing starts at $599 for one barista covering 1 to 2 hours of service, and $999 for two baristas. Additional hours are $200 per barista-hour. A travel fee may apply for venues outside our core service area. Full pricing is on our pricing page.

  • We recommend three to four weeks for standard bookings, or earlier if you want custom cup or cart branding (which requires two weeks notice). Shorter timelines are possible when our calendar allows.
