What Corporate Coffee Catering Looks Like with Solarium
Most corporate coffee catering means a box of drip coffee and some creamers on a folding table. Solarium is something different.
We roll in a self-contained espresso cart stocked with everything your team needs for a full cafe experience. Every drink is made to order by a trained barista. Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, iced drinks, and our rotating seasonal menu are all available. We bring house-made syrups, including our signature Halle's Morning vanilla latte and rotating seasonal flavors like Clovara (maple, clove, orange) in the fall and Orange Blossom in the spring.
Your team does not wait in a long line. Our setup is built for efficiency. One barista serves about 50 guests per hour. For larger events, we run multiple baristas simultaneously.
The cart fits in a 6x6 ft footprint, needs one standard 15-amp outlet and a 25 ft extension cord, and works indoors or outdoors. We bring our own water supply. No plumbing needed.

Professional and friendly barista(s)
All cups and lids for hot and iced drinks

Events We've Served for Corporate Clients
Employee Appreciation Events
The most common corporate booking we get. A morning espresso bar in the lobby or break room gives your team a genuine perk, not a gift card.
Conferences and Multi-Day Events
For high-volume conference service, see our dedicated conference and expo page with capacity planning and multi-barista pricing.
Company Milestones and Celebrations
Office openings, anniversaries, holiday parties, product launches. Our cart adds energy to the event without requiring additional coordination from your team.
Client Meetings and Office Entertaining
When the coffee is noticeably good, clients notice. We have served executive meetings, investor presentations, and client appreciation events where the espresso bar became a conversation starter.
CAPACITY AND PRICINGTransparent Pricing, Published Up Front
You have enough unknowns in your event budget. Our pricing should not be one of them, so we publish every number on our coffee catering pricing page. No quote form required to see a price, no three day wait. No surprises, no surcharges, no credit card fees.

Travel, if your venue sits outside our service area
Easy to book, easier to work with
Event planning involves enough moving parts already. We make the coffee portion straightforward.
1. Tell Us About Your Event Share your date, location, headcount, hours of service, and event type. Email, form, or text, whatever's easiest for you. Ben or Halle will get back to you the same day, usually within minutes. Our quote form collects everything in one go.
2. See Your Full Price Up Front We confirm your barista count, service hours, add-ons, and any travel fee, so you see the complete number before committing to anything. Plans change? Ours can too. Tell us what shifted and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
3. Lock In Your Date A 50% deposit holds your date (we book first-come, first-serve). If you've chosen branding add-ons, we'll work out those details with you in the weeks before your event.
4. Show Up and Enjoy Your Own Event On the day, you'll usually be greeted by the same people you've been texting all along. When we bring in additional help, it's a trusted barista trained directly by us, so the quality never changes. We arrive before your first guests, run clean and efficient service, and leave your space exactly as we found it.

Solarium Coffee is an owner-operated business. Ben and Halle are personally involved in every event we book, from the initial planning conversations through menu decisions and day-of logistics. Most of the time, one or both of us will be the barista behind the cart. For larger events, or on the occasional day when both of us cannot be on site, a trained team member joins or stands in for us. Anyone representing Solarium has been prepared by us directly and is held to the same standards we set for ourselves.
