Service & Setup

  • The cart fits in a 6x6 ft footprint, which works in corporate lobbies, hotel ballrooms, and backyard patios. We bring a 25 ft extension cord and need access to a standard 15-amp electrical outlet. If you're hosting at the Sheraton Needham, the Needham Golf Club, or an office building along Kendrick Street, we can work with the space you have.

  • Both. We set up inside office buildings, hotel event rooms, and private homes, and we set up outside at courtyards, lawns, and tented events. For outdoor events in Needham, we just need a level surface and a power source within reach of our extension cord.

  • Ben and Halle. Every event is owner-operated. There is no staffing agency, no day-of barista you have not met. The people you talk to when you book are the same people pulling your espresso and making your drinks on event day.

For corporate events at offices along the Route 128 corridor or the Needham Crossing business district, we often see hosts pick a focused menu of 4 to 5 drinks that keeps the line moving while still giving employees real options beyond standard drip coffee.

  • We carry oat milk as our default non-dairy option and can accommodate most common dietary preferences. Our house-made syrups are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so if a guest has a severe allergy, let us know when you book and we will walk through the specifics with you.

  • We use George Howell's Montecarlos espresso as our base, which is a step above what most catering companies pour. Our syrups are house-made, not pumped from a commercial bottle. And because Ben and Halle make every drink personally, quality stays consistent from the first cup to the last.

Booking & Payment

  • Two to four weeks is a comfortable window for most events. For peak season dates (May through October) or large corporate bookings at companies, we recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks ahead. We book on a first-come, first-served basis and weekends fill quickly.

  • Standard bookings start at $599, which includes the cart, a barista (Ben or Halle), the full drink menu, and all supplies. There is no travel fee for events in Needham or anywhere in MetroWest and most of Greater Boston. Your quote is based on guest count, service duration, and any custom additions.

  • Your quote covers the espresso cart, a full drink menu, all cups and supplies, setup, breakdown, and service by Ben or Halle. There are no hidden fees for equipment or staffing. If you want to add anything beyond the standard setup, like extra service hours or custom branded cups, we will include that in your quote upfront.

  • A deposit is required to secure your date. If you need to cancel, the terms depend on how far out the cancellation happens. We lay it all out for you in our event service agreement before you book so there won’t be any surprises.

  • We are based in Framingham, which is one town over. Needham is a short drive down Route 135 or Route 128, and there is no travel fee. We are closer to most Needham venues than coffee caterers coming from Boston proper.

  • Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one. Most corporate offices and event spaces in the Needham Heights and Needham Crossing area request this, and we are set up to turn it around quickly.
