    Our pricing ranges from $650 to $3,000+, depending on event size, length of service, and location. Most tend to land in the $900 to $1000 range.

    Many of our clients are pleasantly surprised to find that the coffee catering cost per person is super reasonable and is often right in line with the average catering cost per person they’d spend on other services.   • Your coffee cart rental price is shaped by four simple things:

    • Service length: how many hours we’re serving.

    • Guest count: we serve 50 to 100 drinks an hour!

    • Travel distance: within 25 miles is included, and we can go further with a small travel fee.

    • Optional Customizations: we offer a different add-ons like custom cup branding, cart branding, and menu branding.
