We serve Boston and surrounding areas. Our home base is in Framingham, the heart of MetroWest are travel anywhere within a 45 mile radius of Framingham. We’re happy to travel to events outside our service area. Just reach out for your custom coffee catering quote.

Although our cart isn’t very big, we need about 6×6 ft for service. This includes our cart, a support table, and room for our baristas to move about! We also need a power outlet on a dedicated circuit to ensure all our equipment can run properly. We have a 25 ft extension cord if you can put us right next to an outlet.

Yes, absolutely! We have done many outdoor events. If needed we have a 12 ft x 12 ft tent we can bring and a generator to power our equipment if an outlet is not available outdoors.

We charge per hour of service. Every service package is fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies like coffee, cups, lids, whole and oat milk, and house-made syrups. Additional customizations are available to make your event unique if desired. You can see all our available add-ons and their pricing in our instant quote form.

Solarium Coffee is a coffee shop on wheels. We serve the classics like espressos, americanos, cappuccinos, and lattes. We also have guest favorites like the Halle’s Morning and the Cinnamon Sugar. Every season we also rotate our seasonal menu items. Check out our coffee catering menu to see them!

All we need for service is a 6×6 ft area and a dedicated 15 amp outlet for all our equipment to run on. We bring water, trashcans, cups, coffee (obviously), and great vibes. We can also bring our own tent (10×10 ft) and a generator for outdoor events!
