We're a small owner-operated team dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and hospitality, ensuring every guest has a wonderful cup of coffee and great experience. Every drink is made fresh on-site by skilled baristas, using single estate coffee beans locally roasted in Massachusetts.

Our Coffee Catering Pricing & Capacity
Our pricing is transparent and published. No quote forms that take three days to hear back from. Below is our standard service structure for all events. Travel fees may apply for events outside of our service area. Our pricing is the same for weddings, corporate events, conference, and private events. So there won’t be any surprises or surcharges.
Hourly rates apply ($200/barista-hr) for events beyond 2 hours. Add-ons including custom cup branding ($150), a custom signature drink ($100), custom cart branding ($300), as well as menu additions of specialty drip coffee, cold brew, decaf espresso, and chai lattes are available by request. Tax and platform fees included.

BOOKING PROCESS
How to Book Our Coffee Cart
Event planning involves enough moving parts already. We make the coffee portion straightforward.
1. Send Us Your Event Details
Tell us your date, location, estimated headcount, how many hours of service you need, and your event type like a corporate event, wedding, private celebration, or conference. Specifying the event type helps us tailor our quote to your specific service. Email, form, or text all work. We (Ben or Halle) responds the same day, usually within minutes. We collect all the information we need in our quote form.
2. Review Your Quote
We confirm barista count, service duration, any add-ons, and travel fee if applicable. Our pricing is transparent and you will see the full number before committing to anything. Our details are flexible, if you decide you need to change any details later, we will do our best to accommodate them!
3. Confirm and Pay
We book events on a first-come, first-serve basis so we hold your date with a 50% deposit. For events with branding add-ons, we coordinate those details in the weeks leading up to your event.
4. We Show Up Early and Handle Everything
On event day, you will usually be greeted by the same people you have been texting throughout planning. When we bring in additional help, that person has been trained directly by us. We arrive before your first attendees, run clean and efficient service throughout, and leave your space exactly as we found it.

We serve Boston and surrounding areas. Our home base is in Framingham, the heart of MetroWest and we travel anywhere within a 25 mile radius of Framingham. We’re happy to travel to events outside our service area. Just reach out for your custom coffee catering quote.

All we need from you is a 6×6 ft area and a dedicated 15 amp outlet. That space covers our cart, a support table, and room for our baristas to work. We have a 25 ft extension cord if we can’t be right next to an outlet. We take care of everything else — water, cups, lids, coffee, matcha, whole and oat milk, house-made syrups, and trashcans. For outdoor events, we can also bring our own 12×12 ft tent and a generator so no outlet is needed.

Yes, absolutely! We have done many outdoor events. If needed we have a 12 ft x 12 ft tent we can bring and a generator to power our equipment if an outlet is not available outdoors. Check out our gallery to see both indoor and outdoor setups.

We charge per hour of service. Every service package is fully inclusive of the cost of our baristas, equipment, travel fees, and supplies like coffee, matcha, cups, lids, whole and oat milk, and house-made syrups. Additional customizations are available to make your event unique if desired. You can see all our available add-ons and their pricing in our instant quote form.

Solarium Coffee is a coffee shop on wheels. We serve the classics like espressos, americanos, cappuccinos, and lattes. We also have guest favorites like the Halle’s Morning and the Cinnamon Sugar and a non-coffee option of matcha. Every season we also rotate our seasonal menu items. As soon as you know your date, reach out. We limit our availability to maintain quality, and popular dates fill up. Two weeks of lead time is typically enough for weekday events and off-peak weekends, but peak season weekends book further out. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is close.
